- RATES & RESERVATIONS
- The most convenient and quickest way to reserve your fishing charter is to inquire directly through our booking page. This links you to the Oregon Inlet Fishing Centers’ secure Reservations System.

- Our rate for 2025 is $2700, full day charter only, and a 50% deposit of $1350 is required to reserve the date.
- Deposit must be received to confirm your reservation.
- Balance due upon completion of trip.
- Payments of cash, check or credit card are accepted
- The mate works hard to ensure you have a safe and successful fishing experience. Customary gratuity is 20% of the charter rate. All gratuity is greatly appreciated.
- Fish cleaning and processing services are available at the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. approximate cost for this service is $.35 cents per lb. undressed.
- If you wish to share a charter on a random boat, contact the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center for a make-up charter
- CANCELLATION POLICY / INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS
- All cancellations or changes to your reservation must be done through the captain. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
- If we have inclement weather that prevents us from leaving the inlet, you have the option to roll your deposit over and reschedule or receive a refund.
- Weather conditions and trip cancellation is determined solely by the captain.
- Deposits are subject to forfeiture if trip is cancelled
- ARRIVAL / RETURN
- Please be at the boat ready to leave the dock by 5am unless captain says otherwise. We will touch base with each charter 24-48 hours before your trip to confirm what time we would like you to arrive at the dock!
- Return to the dock is generally between 4 – 5pm
- WHAT TO BRING
- What you want to eat and drink. Typically our customers bring their own cooler that includes snacks, beverages, lunch and ice.
- Cooler to take home your catch (these can be left in your vehicle).
- Sunscreen, sunglasses (preferably polarized), proper fishing shoes and layered clothing, foul weather gear, hat/visor, motion sickness medicine (if you are unsure of seasickness), and camera.
- Keep in mind this can be is a 10-12 hour day so bring anything that will make you comfortable.
- If you wish to use your own tackle, please contact Captain William to discuss beforehand.
- FISHING LICENSE
- No individual fishing license is required. The Drifter has all necessary federal and NC fishing licenses.
- PASSENGER CAPACITY
- U.S Coast Guard regulations allow us to carry six passengers not including captain and mate.
